Wingback Brass Mechanical Pencil
The Wingback Brass Mechanical Pencil has a wide, knurled barrel and real weight, so it sits steadily in the hand through long stretches of writing or drawing. It won a Red Dot Design Award in 2023.
The body is machined in England from aerospace-grade brass sourced in Europe, then laser-engraved and assembled by hand in London. Inside is an all-metal mechanism made for Wingback in Iwaki, Japan, which advances the lead smoothly and evenly.
Choose 0.7 mm or 0.9 mm. It takes high-polymer, break-resistant lead, and the brass develops a natural patina as you use it.

Discounts and shipping
Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with shipping discounts, including Correspondents' Club free standard shipping, free expedited shipping, and the same-day delivery discount. If a promotional discount code is applied to your order, the code takes effect and shipping is charged at the standard rate.
This does not apply to loyalty points redemptions, which can be used together with shipping discounts. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Oversized items
Some items incur an additional flat-rate shipping fee due to their dimensions. This is applied automatically at checkout.
