Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are and your chosen delivery method. You will see an estimated delivery date when you place your order and will see it again in your order confirmation e-mail.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Yes! Within Toronto we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:30pm, if eligible, you will see this option at checkout

Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer the option to pay in instalments through Sezzle. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot split payments across multiple methods at this time
Personalization
Yes, we are able to personalize many of the products. If you are interested in personalizing an item, please include it in the 'Order Notes' section and we will contact you
For engraving of pens, it takes 3-5 business days. If you are looking to emboss initials on a leather item or notebook, we can usually do this within 1 day.
Corporate Orders
Yes, we offer corporate and bulk orders on select items. Please contact us by filling out the form here
We offer customization options on certain items, depending on the quantity and timeframe. Contact us to discuss available options for your corporate gift or event.
Pen Repairs
We don’t repair pens in-store, but we work closely with trusted manufacturers for repairs on current products and with a specialist for vintage pen restorations.
Simply bring your pen into our store or contact us online. We’ll assess the issue and, if needed, coordinate with the manufacturer or vintage repair specialist to ensure your pen is expertly handled.
We can facilitate repairs for many brands we carry and have a network of skilled repair specialists, but some brands or models may require specific expertise. We’ll do our best to connect you with the right solution.
On average, repairs take 6-8 weeks, though can take longer depending on parts availability and time of year. Repair times vary depending on the nature of the issue, the specific pen model, and availability of parts. We can provide an estimated timeline once we’ve assessed the repair needs.
Yes, we work with a specialist who is highly skilled in vintage pen restoration. Vintage repairs may take longer due to the careful attention required and the time required to source rare parts
