Pelikan Souverän M605 Fountain Pen
The Pelikan Souverän M605 Fountain Pen is the mid-size Souverän with silver-coloured trim. It fills with a piston, so it draws bottled ink straight into the barrel and holds plenty of it. This one is the Stresemann, black resin with an anthracite-striped barrel, and the stripes let you see how much ink is left.
The 14k gold nib is fully rhodium-plated to match the trim, and comes in Extra Fine, Fine or Medium. Pelikan launched the first piston-fill fountain pen in 1929, after buying the patents from its Hungarian inventor, and the Souverän has been the top of its range ever since.
To see it in person, visit us at 25 Bellair in Yorkville, or book an appointment. Read more in our Pelikan brand feature.
