Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Thuja Burl Wood Fountain Pen
The Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Thuja Burl Wood Fountain Pen takes the familiar Classic shape and swaps in a barrel of Thuja burl. Where the standard Classic is fluted, this one is smooth, so the grain does the talking: swirls of figure and small dark knots that make every pen look a little different. Platinum-plated fittings and a solid, spring-loaded clip frame the wood.
The handmade 18k bicolor gold nib has an iridium tip and comes in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium or Broad. It fills from standard international cartridges or the included converter, and the whole pen is handmade in Germany.
