Esterbrook Niblet Fountain Pen
The Esterbrook Niblet Fountain Pen is small and light enough to carry everywhere, and writes with the same smooth feel as Esterbrook’s larger Estie. It is a good pen for a pocket, a pencil case or a travel kit.
It fills with cartridges or the converter that comes with it, and has a durable resin body with a secure cap. Choose Extra Fine, Fine, Medium or Broad, a Mini Stub for a little line variation, or the Journaler, which is like a Medium ground towards a stub, giving a subtle line variation that suits everyday writing. It comes in Nouveau Bleu, Botanical Garden, Tortoise or Sea Glass.
For help choosing a nib, see our guide to Choosing Your First Fountain Pen.
Why we love it
"I recently had a chance to try the Extra Fine nib from Esterbrook on several different paper brands, and as someone that enjoys feedback in their nib, this EF is consistent no matter what I'm writing on. The colour palette on Botanical is a lovely pop of colour for any desk, especially with spring approaching, and the Niblet fits perfectly into your pocket!"
