User Data Deletion Request

At Laywine’s, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at scribble@laywines.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the details we need to verify your identity: your full name, the email address associated with your account or past orders, and (optional) your order number.
3. After verification, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons.

What may be deleted

• Account information (name, email address, password)
• Order history and related contact details
• Data obtained through third-party login services (e.g., Facebook, Google)
• Marketing and newsletter subscriptions

Note: Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, auditing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Where retention is required, we will restrict access and retain only what is necessary for the required period.

Timing and confirmation

We will acknowledge your request and follow up if further information is needed to verify your identity. Once completed, we will confirm deletion (or explain any information we must retain and why).
