Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

This offer is valid on qualifying purchases made from 12:00 AM on 21 November 2025 until 11:59 PM on 27 November 2025 (Eastern Time). Orders placed outside of this period do not qualify.

Eligibility

This promotion applies to eligible purchases made in-store and online where:

  • The order is placed during the promotion period; and
  • The order subtotal is $95 CAD or more, before tax and shipping, after all gift cards, or store credits have been applied; and

  • The order does not use any discount codes, including welcome discounts or other promotional offers

Tiered Discount Codes

Customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotion period will receive a one-time discount code for use on a future order. Discount amounts are based on the final order subtotal of the qualifying purchase:

  • $95–$199.99: $10 discount
  • $200–$399.99: $25 discount
  • $400–$699.99: $50 discount
  • $700–$999.99: $100 discount
  • $1000 and above: $150 discount

Issuance of Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are issued 2-5 days after the qualifying order has been completed and paid.
  • Codes are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
  • Each qualifying customer will receive one discount code per qualifying order.

Use of Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are single use and are valid on future purchases only.
  • Codes may be redeemed online or in-store, subject to these terms.
  • Each code has a specified expiry date of March 31, 2026. Codes cannot be used after the expiry date.
  • The discount code must be redeemed by 11.59PM (Eastern Time) on March 31, 2026
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or price adjustments, unless explicitly stated.
  • Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be applied to:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special orders
  • Previously purchased merchandise
  • Price adjustments on prior purchases

Additional exclusions may apply at Laywine’s discretion.

Returns, Exchanges, and Order Adjustments

  • If items from the qualifying order are returned, refunded, or cancelled, Laywine’s reserves the right to:
    • Void the issued discount code; or
    • Adjust the discount tier based on the revised order subtotal.
  • If a discount code has already been redeemed, Laywine’s may deduct the discount value from any refund related to the original qualifying order.

Limitations and Misuse

  • Laywine’s reserves the right to limit the number of discount codes issued per customer or per household.
  • Laywine’s may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is being abused or cannot be run as planned.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from this and future promotions.

General

By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
