Pineider Milano Leather Laid Notebook Medium
The Pineider Milano Leather Laid Notebook Medium pairs Pineider's signature laid and watermarked paper with a clean Saffiano leather cover — a combination that reflects nearly 250 years of papermaking tradition from one of Italy's most storied stationers. The paper has that distinctive laid texture, smooth and pleasant under a fountain pen nib, and the 80gsm weight handles ink with confidence. At A5 format it's a practical size for daily notes, correspondence drafts, or anything that deserves a notebook worth reaching for.
Available at Laywine's in Midnight Black, Blue, Pineider Green, and Red Wine — explore the full Pineider range at Laywine's.
Why we love it
"Pineider is known for their lovely leather and paper products, so what could be better than a combination of both? The paper is textured, but takes fountain pen ink without bleeding or feathering. It's also this lovely cream coloured paper, with a silver gilt edge for a little added pizzazz. Combine that with a beautifully supple leather cover, and it's one of the most luxurious notebooks we have in the store."
"There's a real satisfaction in opening the Pineider Milano Leather Laid Notebook Medium. The Saffiano leather cover has a clean, structured feel in hand, and the laid paper is smooth in a way that makes every page feel worth writing on. I love that you can personalize the cover with your initials, or even just the month, so it doubles as a small archive of the notebook you were filling at the time."
