For this special collection, French artist Caroline Péron has reimagined Gallimard’s iconic Collection Blanche covers through her delicate, coloured-pencil illustrations. Her luminous style infuses each notebook with a sense of warmth and whimsy, transforming these literary classics into contemporary works of art.

This edition is inspired by Marcel Proust’s Les plaisirs et les jours, first published in 1924 — a collection of short stories and prose pieces that explore beauty, memory, and the passage of time. Each notebook opens with a quotation from the book it reflects, signed with the author’s name. Inside, lightly lined pages invite reflection, imagination, and the quiet pleasure of writing.
