Gallimard "Le bonheur fou" Illustrated Square Notebook
The Gallimard “Le bonheur fou” Illustrated Square Notebook is part of a limited-edition series created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of La Papeterie Gallimard. For this anniversary collection, French artist Caroline Péron joyfully reimagined Gallimard’s iconic Collection Blanche covers, bringing them to life with her luminous coloured-pencil illustrations. The result is a vibrant tribute to both literature and design — playful, elegant, and distinctly French.
This edition pays homage to Jean Giono’s novel Le bonheur fou, first published in 1957 — a work that captures the boundless energy of love, freedom, and adventure. Each notebook opens with a quotation from the book it reflects, signed with the author’s name. Inside, the gently lined pages offer an inviting space for your own words and daydreams.
