The Graf von Faber-Castell Magnum Platinum Plated Perfect Pencil is a genuinely wonderful object: the oversized version of one of Graf von Faber-Castell's most iconic designs. The extra-thick 4B lead is soft and expressive, a joy for sketching and bold mark-making as much as writing. The platinum-plated extender doubles as a cap and also extends a short pencil to a comfortable writing length: the idea being that you use a pencil to the very last stub rather than discarding it. A pencil sharpener is integrated into the end cap. Handmade in Germany, and the kind of thing that earns genuine admiration when left on a desk.

Free standard shipping via UPS on orders over $65. Rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.
Same-day delivery is available within 30km of 25 Bellair Street, Toronto, seven days a week — orders placed by 11am are delivered the same day; orders after 11am are delivered the following day. Flat fee of $14.95, applied automatically at checkout.

United States & International

Standard Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase and exchanges within 30 days, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened ink cartridges, pen refills, bottled ink, perishable goods, dated products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Sale Items
Items discounted 25% or more are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
