Handmade in sterling silver in Yard O Led’s historic Birmingham workshop, this compact writing instrument is edged in golden brass and crowned with a hand-set, enamelled coin at its base. Now refined with a newly engineered screw-top cap — the first in the brand’s history — it ensures the 18-carat gold nib is perfectly protected and balanced. The cap can also be securely screwed onto the barrel when writing, offering both elegance and practicality.

This special Victorian edition features hand-chased detailing complemented by luminous Sky Blue enamelling — a first for Yard O Led. The addition of vitreous enamel, a centuries-old art form once reserved for fine jewellery and ceremonial pieces, brings a new dimension to the brand’s celebrated silverwork. Fused at temperatures up to 900°C, the enamel creates a smooth, glass-like surface that is both radiant and enduring, preserving its colour and lustre for generations.
