Palomino Blackwing Colors Pack of 12

Blackwing Colors were designed specifically for colouring. Each pencil is made with Genuine Incense-cedar and includes a unique soft and smooth Japanese wax colour core. Each pencil also features the same semi-hexagonal barrel found in our graphite pencils and a metal end cap that adds a bit of weight, giving the pencils a comfortable, balanced feel. 

Each set includes 12 colours.
