Important Customer Notice: Service Disruptions Due to Canada Post Stri

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has announced a national strike beginning Friday, November 15, at 12:01 a.m. ET, which will cause significant disruptions to Canada Post’s operations.As a result, mail and parcel delivery will be suspended for the duration of the strike. Items already in the postal network may experience delays, and no new items will be accepted by Canada Post until the disruption ends.

What This Means for Laywine’s Customers:

Alternative Delivery Providers: To ensure you receive your orders with minimal disruption, we will use Trexity for deliveries within Toronto, UPS for orders outside the GTA, and Sendle for orders to the USA
Delayed Deliveries for Previously Shipped Items: Packages already in the Canada Post network may face delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we have no control over these shipments.
Post-Strike Impacts: Once the strike ends, Canada Post will resume operations on a first-in, first-out basis. However, service may take time to return to normal due to the backlog.
