Jacques Herbin

Jacques Herbin has been making ink in France for over 350 years, and we carry two of its ranges. La Perle des Encres is the everyday line: water-based writing inks in 30 ml glass bottles with a built-in pen rest, and in tins of six standard international cartridges. The premium line comes in 50 ml bottles and cartridges, alongside special editions such as the 1798 inks.

You’ll also find Jacques Herbin blotting paper, a wooden-handled blotter and fountain pen cleaner here. Laywine’s has carried Herbin for over 20 years.
