The Caran d'Ache Goliath ballpoint pen refill is one of the smoothest you'll find and the 849's slim hexagonal shape means that it is a perfect pen for any notebook or Filofax with a pen loop. A medium blue Goliath refill is included and replacement refills are available in fine, medium, and broad sizes in a variety of colours.
